My family has been engaged in agriculture for the last 70 years, and in livestock farming until 2015. Our fields lie in the fertile plain of Chrysoupoli in northern Greece, where we cultivate corn, soy, and kiwifruit. This region is renowned for producing kiwifruit of exceptional quality and in abundant quantity.
Continuing this family tradition, I contribute to the kiwifruit cultivation and have recently begun experimenting with a very small vineyard of just 12 vines. We also maintain an olive grove that supplies us each year with our own olive oil.
Below you will find photos from our fields. These agricultural projects are intended, over the coming years, to provide my family with food self-sufficiency.
